Training (Education and Training):
- PRIDE Training is mandatory statewide. Training is conducted via a contract with the WV Schools of Social Work Educational Consortium. SWEC offers a minimum of 50 Rounds of Training throughout the state annually. Each Round consists of 10 mandatory sessions. Trng. is conducted on a regional/ county/local basis and is staggered throughout the state according to need/ demand. Participants help determine training schedule and may attend make-up session out of area if needed.E
