Statutory Codes

State ICPC Code:

• Minnesota Statutes, section 260.851a; Statutes, section 245A.02 and 259.21

Age of Majority and Code:

• May go through the age of 21 if in special education, or under the jurisdiction of a juvenile court
• Minnesota Rule, parts 2960.3010, subpart 21

Statutory Penalties Under ICPC:

• Operating unlicensed facility, violation of placement provisions – Minnesota Statutes, section 245A.03 is considered a misdemeanor
