Statutory Codes

State ICPC Code:

• Colorado Revised Statutes CRS 24-60-1801 to 24-60-1803. 26-6-104(5) CRS 2010 as amended

Age of Majority and Code:

• 18
• 21 years. (2-4-401). 18 years under Children’s Code (19-1-103) but jurisdiction of court may continue over any child under 21 years of age who has been adjudicated as neglected or dependent, in need of oversight, or delinquent.

Statutory Penalties Under ICPC:

Co-Located Compacts - ICPC, ICAMA, ICJ

ICPC/ ICJ

ICPC and ICJ are co-located in the same unit: (If "No" - Agency under which each compact is administered.)

• No - ICPC and ICJ are both administered under Colorado Dept of Human Services but in different Division.

If ICPC and ICJ both apply to a case, Colorado will coordinate services: (If "No" - Which Compact Supersedes)

• No - ICPC supersedes.

ICPC/ ICAMA

ICPC and ICAMA are co-located in the same unit: (If "No" - Agency/Department under which each compact is administered.)

• No - ICAMA - Permanency Unit & ICPC - Providers Services Unit. Both are administered under CO Dept of Human Services.
