State ICPC Code:

• Human Services Code, Title 62, Article VII, Children and Youth (P.S. § 761-765)

Age of Majority and Code:

• Normally 18, but cannot exceed 21
• Human Services Code, 42 Pa.C.S. § 6302 and 62 P.S. § 746

Statutory Penalties Under ICPC:

• Violation and conviction a misdemeanor; fine of not more than $100 or imprisonment of not more than thirty days or both. Human Services Code, Title 62 P.S. § 753
